We accept payments through paypal only at this time. Through paypal we can accept nearly all types of credit cards in a secure manner which protects your financial details. We do not store financial or personal information or pass any information gathered on to other companies.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently we are shipping from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

To calculate shipping, place all items into the shopping cart and proceed to creating an account (inputting your postal address in). Before payment, shipping will be calculated based on your postal address.

After your order has been received and confirmed it will be shipped out as promptly as possible. We ship out twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

Domestic Orders within Australia:

All Australia bound orders are shipped using Parcel Post and normally take between 2-5 business days to arrive. However, please allow up to 6 business days for shipping.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped airmail using Standard International Parcel Post and on average take 6-10 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery as international customs can cause delays, particularly during peak shipping periods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to describe and visually represent all items as accurately as possible in our store. However if you are unhappy with your order, we do offer a returns service. Please email Amelia directly if you would like to exchange or return your item.
